2. Exchange Eligibility Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for exchange.
3. Eligible Reasons for Exchange
We currently offer exchanges only in the following case:
• Wrong Product Received
If the delivered product is completely different from the item originally ordered on our website.
To be eligible for exchange:
● The product must be unused and unwashed
● Original tags must be intact
● Original packaging should be available
● The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
● Clear unboxing video and product images may be required for verification
Please note:
● Minor variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered as receiving the wrong product.
● Minor finishing differences, loose threads, or fabric texture variations are not considered defects.
● Exchange requests for reasons other than receiving an incorrect product will not be accepted at this time.

4. Conditions for Exchange Approval
If the originally ordered product is unavailable during exchange processing, customers may choose:

● Another available product of the same value subject to stock availability.
5. How to Request an Exchange for eligible reason
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
● Order number
● Full name
● Contact number
● Clear photos/videos of the issue
● Images showing tags and packaging
Step 2 — Verification
Our team will review the request and confirm whether the exchange is approved.
Step 3 — Pickup
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available. Customers must pack the product securely.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Step 4 — Inspection & Exchange
After the product reaches us, it will undergo inspection.
If approved, the exchange/store credit will be processed. If the product fails inspection, the request may be rejected and the same item may be returned to the customer.
6. Size Exchange Policy
At present, we do not offer exchanges for size-related issues due to our limited stock collection and small-batch inventory management.
